The HVAC Company
Independence Relies on
Independence is nearly 80 square miles, from the older neighborhoods near Independence Square and the Truman historic district, through the Noland Road corridor and Blackburn, all the way east toward Lake City and the Fort Osage area. That’s a lot of territory, and a wide range of homes, ages, and HVAC systems.
Chief Heating & Cooling has been working across all of it since 1992. We’ve replaced aging furnaces in mid-century ranch homes, repaired A/C units in August for families near the Little Blue Trace Trail and installed new systems in new builds out toward Grain Valley. We know what runs in homes around here, and we show up already knowing what to expect.
Independence homeowners don’t have patience for companies that show up late, diagnose it wrong, and oversell the fix. Our technicians are certified, background-checked, and focused on solving your problem, not talking you into equipment you don’t need.
Serving Independence neighborhoods including the Independence Square area, McCoy Park, Blackburn, Noland Road corridor, Little Blue Trace Trail area, Sugar Creek, Lake City, and surrounding Jackson County communities.
